can anyone help pn how to hook a diode in this circuit board and steps on how to do so or can any one make it for me at my expence

Hi Jake, you PM'd me but didn't say which laser you were wanting info on....My one is not a dorcy it is a DX. There is so much info on this forum about how to build a burning laser, it will take some time to read up on the subject but the basics are as follows:.

Buy a laser diode and aixiz housing from SenKat http://www.stonetek.org/
(he will do you an assembled unit if you ask)

Buy yourself a dorcy torch (I think SenKat can sell you one of those as well)
