Sorry to disappoint you, but the owner of the laser is most likely Rob, her husband.
On the channel description it says "This used to be just my account, but my husband has comandeered it, so now it's both of ours."
I think she just does the filming of that video.

It doesn't mean all hope is lost though - my girlfriend has several times called my lasers "awesome" (it helps when you have a scanner and can make laser shows), and I have a good friend called Jenny who lurks the forum quite a lot.

I have to admit. I kinda hope that when I get married my wife has no interest in lasers at all.
