Do WL's Lasershades protect from 635nm?






Do you even have a 635nm laser over 10mW? I am unable to find my atlas nova pointer at the moment, but the lasershades block about ~97.5% of my HeNe, while the sport elite variety only blocks ~94.5%. So if you wanted to stay at Class IIIa exposure levels, You would theoretically be safe from up to 90mW with the sport elite goggles, or 200mW with the lasershades.

In short, yes.
 
Would you drive 10mph all the time if it meant a 3% less chance of an accident?

Better safe than sorry.
