Hi, I was just wondering if someone could tell me what departure from outward office of exchange means?

Also could you tell me when u think it'll get to my door in NJ if I got that message earlier today? (June 28th)

I think that means it was handed off from the local post office to the international shipper. I know once my package from DX left Hong Kong I had it in about a week.
