DIY LPM Not working properly. Need help finding problem.

So I bulid my LMP according to this thread:

I have two laser to calibrate the LPM one is my LAZERER mini 50mW green laser (metered 67mW) and 1320mw blue laser borrowed from my friend. (Both metered by my friend's laserbee 3.5W LPM so it should be pretty accurate)

When I first test my DIY LPM the reading is so low I can’t even get the blue laser reading more than 300mW even with the gain trim pot turned all the way up so I switch it into 50k. Now I can get the blue laser reading at actual result but there is no reading for the green one. OK so I calibrate according to green laser now the reading of blue laser just to over 2W?? It seem the LPM I made doesn’t respond linearly or if there something wrong with my build?

Take a picture of the whole setup even, including whatever you're using for a sensor!
