Did I lose a piece of my laser optics?

Hi, recently I bought this laser module - https://www.banggood.com/405nm-50mW...r-Generator-Diode-p-960448.html?rmmds=myorder
And I did a few modifications, like replacing the provided power supply. In the process, I unscrewed the optics and it popped out, because of the spring loading.
After reassembling, my laser cannot be focused to a dot anymore, this is the best focus that I can get - http://i.imgur.com/xhcjwkv.jpg
This is the current state of the laser optics - http://i.imgur.com/KmefCKb.jpg

Am I missing a piece of the optic assembly? Or did I just somehow destroyed the laser?

Looks like your laser might be dead there bud:( Kind of looks LED'd. Someone else with more experience could tell you better though:)

Your window looks cracked, is it?

That looks like the bar in the window of most LDs that is part of the diode holding the emitter. I was thinking the same thing about the lens being in backwards.

Could be an image artifact, but that window at the least doesn't look clean.

I can see the mount for the LD chip too, but I don't think that's causing the window to look dirty/damaged.

There looks to be some kind of shmutz all over the module and diode. Can't tell if it is real or just the camera.
