Just use a standard Soldering Iron and a SoldaPullt Delsoldering Pump...
That's what we use in the shop..

i dont like solder braid unless your cleaning a messed up board. it takes too much heat to heat it up and since im used to smd stuff theres a higher chance of ruining the components from all the heat. i had a solder pump from dx but for the life of me i cant seem to find it. kinda sux cuz i need to clean the perf boards i messed up on last night too.. :-X
