Hey guys, I am almost done with my 3W 445nm build and I will have pictures up very soon; it is unique to say the least. The other day I ran across this-

High Quality Lab 532nm 100mW Green Laser Module Laser Diode Lighting Free Driver | eBay

-on ebay, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these? I want to build a green laser next, though I don't want it to have anywhere near the power of my current build! Would this be a decent purchase?? They seem awfully cheap, but even if the diode and driver were decent I could build a different host and heat sink for them.

What do you all think?

I just bought a bunch from eBay seller techhood. That's the only place I trust these modules. You can get up to 200mw for $88 from him. And everyone I've bought as been on spec.

Were the units you purchased able to be dissected easily? I would like to put one in a different module in the future so it could fit my existing 12mm heat sinks.

They already fit in 12mm heatsinks. No need for dissection. They are the same as what you linked to. I just put one in a custom sinner host and it fit perfect. Easiest build ever!!! About 3 min lol. Drop it in , tighten set screw, insert battery. Done!

One lithium ion. So 3.7-4.2 v. It runs like a champ! He has from 5 -10-30-50-80mw up to 100-120-150-200. For great prices too. It's the only place ill go when I need one that's worth a crap. The fastech modules are $5 for around 30-60mw but its a crap shoot. Techhood is the man.
