So,,,, around mid-December last year I ordered a 100mw violet pointer from Dailyshop. About 3 weeks passed, it hadn't arrived, I emailed Dailyshop for an 'update' - no response. At the end of Jan 2012 it still hadn't arrived so I opened a paypal dispute and received a full refund.
2 days later Dailyshop respond to my email 3 weeks earlier saying ..We have checked your order and now we are preparing the item for you.We have already request the related department to process it asap. Sorry for the delay of shippment and wish your great patience.
Thanks again for your order. '
I email back saying something like,,,if you checked your emails you'd see i opened a paypal dispute and have been refunded,,DO NOT send anything.
the following day I get another email..Due to Spring Festival, it might get some more time for us to get it ready. Hope you can understand it. We will ship your item out as soon as possible (2nd feb now)
I don't reply,,,,they're not listening,,,whats the point.
Today I get another email.....'Thank you for purchasing with us online at Dailyshop.
The item(s) for your order 1xxxxxxxxx has (have) been shipped out. ,,,...'
I give up
