Actually, it was planned maintenance, and I believe it got the better of her...Databases can be notorious pains in the A$$es to migrate to new equipment...brings an old adage to mind - let sleeping dogs lie - and if it aint broke, don't fix it !

i have the windows firewall, but that is not on by default, i have to turn it on when i connect to the internet, and sometimes when i get disconnected the, the computer seems to re-dial itself.
i also have the avg anti-root kit that detects any keyloggers and trojans. i check for spywares using ad-aware, i update my anti-virus daily. and windows defender is always on letting me know if any new downloads are introduced to my puter.
but nothing is really fail safe!

i think sasha wanted to add marketplace to the forum as a buy and sell, seperate from cpf. never read the whole thread!

I agree mate it's like Microsoft Vista, wait for all the muppets to hack it then, wait until better security packs come out. This will then make it more stable to use but for the most sensible hang in there with window XP (Just my 2pence of the day)
 
I couldn't enter on like may 31 I just think they had some kind of major update or some internal flaw. possibly a downed server?

And that is why I use LINUX :)
