Yeah Rayfoss has been going down hill fast. I dont even recommend them anymore.

however.. the quality service of rayfoss is GREAT. i am buying an handheld.. i have a lot of email with faona... she is evry time precise and trustfully.

I'm happy you are happy with Rayfoss. But unfortunately a lot of people are not.
