CNC Operator Sought

I'm looking to get some CNC work done. Who do I talk to? I think most I've seen on here are lathe types. Not many CNC types, maybe.

I'm looking to build some tiny kinematic mirror mounts, on the order of 8mm x 8mm.

I also want one of these built. A simple 2 x 2 x 1 inch aluminum block with three 12mm holes, 13mm apart, centered as shown.
