Chinese seller scamming me?

My tracking numbers from hkpost usually go - Not working for 7-10 days to 'package is en route to leave country on x/x' and then 'package has left the country for destination 24-48h later'.

The 7-10 days I believe is the chinese sellers sending me a tracking number 5-6 days before they actually drop it in the mailbox.

Yeah when I have ordered things that came through Singapore post or whatever it usually has detailed , very detailed tracking

Do not close the dispute until you have your products or $$.

Yeah jake, that't what I'm thinking. I filed the dispute and they haven't even asked me about it or replied to it via paypal. Stange...

And the tracking number still hasn't been updated.

Another update, maybe I was wrong. Tracking info shows it showed up in the US and has been handed over to US customs. Sweet!
