That is cool as hell ! Who woulda thought it would react like that ? Okay - all of you physicists I am sure thought that...but not me ! LOL !!!!

Man !! your going to have so much fun when you have your Nova x85 :D Make sure you have some goggles on you when pulling of the same experiment as in the video or any laser bending/reflecting effects ;)

Cool vid though. 8-)

yep googles are a must!!! the little red got me pretty good during the filming, hense the reason i put the warning in there. :o

Good one Frosty, I like seeing new things being done with lasers !! Something a little different from the pop a balloon and light a match thing, which is still alot of fun BTW.

Yeah, me too! You totally gotta get a receipt and try writing on it! They are almost all thermal paper, so it should work pretty well. They use an IR diode to print it! ;D ;D

Credit marianne for the idea.

That's actually pretty cool and very surprising... I know that green blocks red, because I tried to pass red lasers in green jello... and I tried passing green lasers in red jello... both didn't work! I'm very surprised your red laser made it through the green soap like that and was actually bright on the other side :o

Very cool :D

Thsi is what I was trying to figure out too, I assumed it would basicly terminate the beam. Humm, maybe my cheep <5mw is really a 4 watt monster in sheeps clothing!!!! :D ermmm maybe not. The spot, while very diffused, doesnt seem to lose much intensity after it exits. even tho its being scattered and split also. I wish i had a meter to test its power.

LMAO at Yew
