Where do all these cheap sites buy their stock in the masses?

Cheapy China Wholesalers?

Usually from chinese manufacturing factorys.
Thats why they so poorly built and will emit High ammount of DAMAGING IR.
I would avoid cheap china wholesalers unless you want to do damage to your eyes.
Also they are most likely to be underspec.
