Cheap good solder wire?

Whats something thats good for only creating wires to a chipboard and to attach wires to another?
i purchased this for the heck of it, but wanted to check with you guys what you think i should buy:

Your experience, please.
Im not going to a local store easily because the cheapest already costs >10 euro here.

We use .025" diameter multi core Rosin solder in the shop
all the time... We buy it in spools of one pound.

As to your link to the solder... the solder looks fine but seems
expensive for the amount you get.
