That's because it defaults to the first county in the list IIRC. I selected US and put my zip code and got a $12 rate.

Sunnking is a pretty large salvage/recycling company. Their eBay feedback is >79K. They have >500 items up right now.

They start MANY of their auctions off at $14.99. Sometimes you can get lucky with them and get a treasure for $14.99

The 1145P is rated at 23mW. This laser is more than 50% below rating. For a used HeNe, that actually isn't too bad. The way that we hobbyists use them, the laser could still last a good long time.

Also, they use expanding foam in many of their packages.

If it stays near this price, it is a good deal

You will need a PSU that puts out ~3,800VDC @ 6.5-7mA with a 10KVDC starting kick
