changed this section to a help section too

hey everyone, i decided to rename this board to Help & Suggestions instead of just Suggestions. this way people don't need to post help requests in the Other section.

feel free to PM me anytime you need help, or ask BeautySoulQueen

i will do my best to help you out and i'm sure lots of the members here will be able to answer questions regarding how to do certain things on the forum/etc

although it is not perfect, there is a help section here:
