Can't upload Profile image

I have a problem uploading image to the profile .I'm trying everything for hours by now - resizing image, links from sites photobucket.com, tried different browser, different formats of the image and nothing , every time the system gives me a message "Upload of file failed."

I got i pm and fixed it thanks I'm just too ugly and the system refuse to accept a real picture of me :evil:
