Pictures/drawings Required...

You have not given enough info for anyone to help you...

It's like me saying... I put gas in my car but it won't go...
did I do it wrong....

Place the DMM in parallel with the one ohm resistor and make sure its set to VDc 2000. 1 mv = 1 ma. Does that help? also make sure all the diodes are cathode to anode... and facing the right way otherwise current can not flow.

Pictures would be helpful -Adrian

Does it look like this? Are you measuring it there? Is your DMM set to voltage (1mV = 1mA)?

Peace,

Damn, Dave I was just looking for that pic!!

See the diodes.... they must be in this orientation...otherwise the current will not flow. Please take a pic of what you have and we should be able to work it out from there.

thats the pic of the test load. i connect a positive battery lead to the spring on the driver and the - battery lead to the case ground heatsink then i measure over the pot.
what setting should my dmm be on?
