I've had it kicking around for over a year but I don't remember how I got it, I was digging through some boxes looking for some hardware and boom there it was.....
With my new found interest in lasers I recognized what it was right away !
It has the number 622 ink stamped on the side of the diode and lens holder ?
So do know anything about it or did you just want to know where I got it from ?
Knowing where you got it would help in finding out
what type of laser it is. You said that it is a red Laser..
Have you turned it ON and at what voltage and current??
From looking at it... it looks like a 3-10mW laser with
internal Photo Diode current limiting that can be adjusted
on the PCB. Tha'ts all I got...
Those markings are not conventional. Can't help
you on that.
Maybe some one that builds a lot of different
Lasers has a clue to the marking identifications
on the driver.
