Can a Vietnamese buy a laser pointer

I am from Viet nam, in my country there are not any laser distributor, i don't want to buy it throught website, i want to shop it directly but it can't be, so bored :-/.
Does any one in this forum is Vietnamese so i can buy from you ? I like laser very very much. :

why exactly don't you wish to buy from one of the websites? higher powered lasers generally aren't sold in shops at all... if it's an issue with customs, i'm pretty sure that a lot of the laser companies guarantee to get your laser through. then again, it may not even be an issue - i don't know vietnam's laws on lasers. good luck, anyway
