On every battery I've ever used on my Aries, I've had to tap the + nipple down with a hammer to shorten the whole length of the battery and the thread on the tailcap is just hanging in there as it's been a little cross threaded. Not too badly but maybe Laserglow should look into this and offer replacement tailcaps
