Buying Blu ray lasers 100mw or higher

Looking for a good blu ray laser, looking for 100mw or higher, i have 30-150 to spend and would like to be in usa so shipping will be fast..

have you seen my kits? they are alot cheaper, and very easy to put together...
by getting the kit you could get a top notch laser for around $75 (using a phr diode 100-120mW) or a 6x blu-ray (200mW) for like 130.
