Buying 5.6mm 808nm 200mw diode

I measured 260mA on DX 50mW True Green.
It's not that difficult to tear apart.
You only need vice and pliers.

thanks. I mesure 360 mA inside a susie 5mw module. The diode are 300 mw one;
i'm certain that the DX one contain 200 mW diode, like the same as stenkat

Please see my picture of the green module I have from 'laserlands'. I have blown the laser diode. Can anyone advise me the proper replacement diode I can buy and from where? I understand it was an infrared 200mW. Thanks.
