Hi, i want ask your help i'm going to build RGB projector i've made the 445nm diode with M140 and the 532 from meierlight. Now i want to add a 1 watt 635nm CW laser diode with a pair of ML501P73 Mitsubishi 638nm 500mW.
I've got 2 problems: the beam spot/divergence and the driver.
In the first diode have a bad "dot" for projector mount http://laserpointerforums.com/f50/f...bishi-ml501p73-635nm-638nm-diode-69702-3.html
i need to correct the beam profile http://laserpointerforums.com/f50/here-300mw-635nm-mitsubishi-66942-26.html
but the power losses with a prism pair is too much there something else to correct beam?
So wich focusing lens can i use and which setup is better(PBS cube or knife edging) and in case i use single prism pair can i put this after PBS or knife array?
In the second one i choose flexmodp3 driver and my idea is connect diode in parallel with resistence and set current to driver for double diode. Is it right?
Thanks!
