broken red output on full color driver.

Is there anyone here who can help diagnose the problem im having with my full color driver.
I believe that i crossed the battery leads while it was powered on, the diode led'd and i saw smoke coming from the board with no popping sound, not sure what smoked because there arent any scorch marks. I know very little about this and could really use some help.
