bluray is definitely my favorite color- it's cheap and on white paper it turns blue :)
 
So how many mw is >5mw?.... is it just cool optical effects or can it do the usual?... ie:pop balloons, burn matches etc.

It probably can't burn anything....I'm so waiting for someone to upload a video of a HD writer diode pointer burning stuff *drools*, not to mention to have the money to build my own *drools some more*.I don't get it, some of you guys deffinetly have the money since you've got $1000 RPL's, 40k scanners and 60W CO2's and totaly have the knowledge and the tools....Why not harvest a 240mW blu-ray diode and make a pointer?????? :P C'moooon!!! :P

But anyway, the condom part is pretty funny.Who needs laser shades when a condom gives you all the protection you need :D :D And since we're talking about lasers and condoms here's a video of something much better than a balloon popping :D(hintity hint hint :D)
