Hi I just received a few of the newer phr-805's from Greg and turned them all into lasers the other day. The other two are in custom hosts so I couldnt bare to let them go.
So up for sale is this blue hotlights laser.
Host is from Moh as we all know. Phr-805 diode is from Greg at stonetek. Driver is from odicforce. the rest of the stuff is from aixiz.
What's for sale:
405 blu-ray laser at 110mW with components as follows:
Hotlights host (host, heatsink)
Phr-805t diode (newer than 803's, slightly better power)
Odicforce V2 boost driver set to 150mA
Aixiz glass lens
Now about the battery. This laser takes an 18500 easy, or an 18650 with some modification. You could go those routes for LONG runtimes. But since its a lower power build, you could use 3 x AAA NIMH's like I am. The 110mW rating was conducted on 3AAA energizer NIMH's. Alkalines would work too as long as you use high quality AAA's that can handle the ~500mA current draw at the battery. Since you have several choices of batteries, I will NOT INCLUDE the batteries. The price is without batteries. If you need to include batteries, I will add that to the price. simple duracell coppertop AAA batteries should be ok with this laser, the 1.5V li-ion energizers are even better. Or just go nimh's.
i'll throw in a dust cap, the holster, a couple black balloons, yes you can pop these given a few seconds.
Post here or PM if interested. $30 + shipping
Just so no one asks, the laser is 405 BLU-RAY. It looks 445 blue but its not. The pictures are like that. I cant find the settings on my camera to make it look pure violet. :undecided:
