Dec 19, 2007 #17 M member02 0 Joined Nov 25, 2007 Messages 270 Points 0 yea, the lm317 was bad somehow. I replaced it and everything finally worked, but then i redid the whole circuit because by then i had resoldered soo many things I didn't like the dirty board. all is good now! yay!
