I really don't think eBay really gives a squat on the exact power output. Just as long as you advertise it within specs so they don't get shut down due to selling illegal items. But I find it odd how it seems so inconsistent on what they allow. Once I failed to mention what the actual output power was and it was removed within about 2 hours after listing. I've seen others who didn't even mention anything of the output power but left a note to eBay that it was in full compliance and that seemed to get left up. How about the one guy who states right in the auction that it's over 5mW and around 5.8 and calls it a class 3b laser and those get left up all the time with numerous relists. :-?Jayls5 said:Shh, ebay doesn't know that.
