You are asking about a surgical laser ?
If so the effect would be an incision that bleeds less due to cauterization.
Can you be more specific with your question ?

Surprised anyone took the bait. lol

The OP is probably a troll or a little child who posed nonsense unanswerable general broad topic question.
Either way the OP is too lazy or not bright enough to Google the subject where there are hundreds of articles listed.
There are entire books on the subject as well.
Any real answer would be hundreds of pages long.
"laser medicine" is not a small specific subject/toptc. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser_medicine

For those looking in and interested here are a few beginner's links:
Broad overview see "Medical Lasers: A Guide to Various Effects and Choices": https://www.findlight.net/blog/2018/12/29/medical-lasers-guide/

and see "An Overview of Laser Principle, Laser-Tissue Interaction Mechanisms and Laser Safety Precautions for Medical Laser Users": https://scialert.net/fulltext/?doi=ijp.2011.149.160

I know, was just bored and started thinking about it and if there could be any blood borne byproducts from laser cut tissue, it would likely be negligible, just something else our liver/kidneys would clean up.........it was a very vague trollish question but....ehh
