the sound card dac is superior to this is many many ways!
it can run he, popelscan and mamba and also many others that were not mentioned, it also is capable of running off a usb, its a bit cheapers.
also as said above this is a separate sound card that you adjust its own driver settings to get the sound card tuned in right. then all normal sounds still go to the computers stock sound card
