Have you tried screwing the lens both in AND out?  Sometimes you've got to screw it out to focus.

Does your lens have a silver "focus ring" attached?  Some of these won't allow the lens to screw in far enough.  Try to get it off of the lens nut.

Did you press the diode into the module all the way? It should be recessed NOT flush with the surface of the module.  If not, then you will have to screw the lens in pretty far to get it to focus.

Peace,
dave

thank you it worked nicee..
Another problem....now my laser is very lowwww but the current didnt change....
IS my diode dead???

Define, "very low."   Does it look like an LED?

How do you know what the current is?  What are you using to measure it?

What driver are you using?

Is the driver adjustable?

Did you adjust it with the laser on?

Is everything soldered together?

Peace,
dave

How do you know what the current is? What are you using to measure it? multi-meter

What driver are you using? the one on my shema (other thread)

Is the driver adjustable? yes if i use the 100ohm ajustable

Did you adjust it with the laser on? yes

Is everything soldered together? no, its on a test card

Sorry.  Your diode is probably dead.

Get started again.  Take it slowly.  Solder everything (You know that the build will work now).  Adjust the current using a dummy load before connecting your diode.  Short out the cap before attaching the diode.  If you decide to re-adjust the current after the diode is attached, do it with the power off and do it in VERY small increments.

You have seen the light.  Now let's make it sustainable.

Peace,
dave

my aixiz module was kinda hot when i turned on the power..

Yeah. If you are running a red at pretty high current, you NEED good heat sinking AND to allow it to cool between burns. Sometimes these lessons come hard.

You don't really need to ask me how I know, do you? ;) :-[

Peace,
dave
