Big Book O'Lasers

Hey Lpf, I have kind of an unusual question: does anybody know of any books that talk about lasers? Not sci-fi lasers but a non fiction book that discusses lasers. I need it for a school project. Thanks.

If you have not been on Sam's Laser FAQ before I highly recommend it. HERE is a link to his list of Books, Collections, and other reference material.

That should provide you with quite a bit of reading material to get started!

I can recommend this one from Amazon:

The Laser Guidebook by Jeff Hecht


I know of others that get more technical, and some more experimentation-based. Let's us know what you're looking for.
