I have the red Ultrafire brc 3000mah protected from Dino and there allright for 3 amp or less draw but protection kicks in at higher amperage. AW 18650 protected will still safely discharge double what there rated for. The AW imr's you could pull close to 20 amps but as yet I've never needed more than 6 amps.
