best DX flashlight, throw!

im looking for a flashlight with the best throw on DX.
my budget is around $20

do you think it could go 200-300 metres

Well, you'd need a lightweight one but still has enough weight in it to carry. But there is no substitute for a good throwing arm, so hit the gym

there's no way you're getting something that can shine (and still have any kind of illuminating power) for 200-300m at a budget of $20 besides like a green laser

I have a flashlight with a Cree R2 emitter and it easily lights up the huge trees from across the yard - but 200-300m? not really (and even that cost $30)
