I know I've seen this in a thread somewhere but cannot seem I find it using both search functions, maybe someone can point me to it again. My question is how many diodes should I use to simulate the 405 voltage drop as close as possible with a target current of between 350-400mA? Something tells me six but I realize as the current rises so does the voltage drop. Just want to make sure at this current I may not need to simulate a higher drop (7 instead of 6?) and I don't recall the thread in question having this degree of information provided. I realize this may seem like a noob question but to date I've only had 405's that were prebuilt DTR modules, never built my own driver for one until now.
As always, thanks for your help in advance.
