Best 16340's?

I recently purchased a 1W laser from eBay which came with two generic 16340's which claim 650mAh. The charger never stops blinking red even after charging them all night. The laser is great when it's operational, but the batteries seem to dwindle pretty quickly. What are the longest lasting 16340's I could get?

I would recommend Efest when it comes to batteries. I have 3 of them, two 18650's and 1 16340's and they haven't failed me yet! Sure, they cost a little more then the "cheaper" kind but they'll last you awhile. I did a quick search and found some at 850 mAh, link below:

For 16340's I highly recommend especially for laser applications the AW IMR 16340's.
