So my 9 year old son woke me up around 0245 Saturday morning and asks if I can take him to belmare beach in NJ to watch the sun come up? last time I took him we ended up seeing a school of dolphins out past the surf.. We didn't get to see that again, but we got some great pics of the trip.. Hope you all like them. Next weekend we will be heading to the mountain's with all the pointer's we have to get some more night sky and sunrise pics hopefully my new camera is in by then.. Hope the pics aren't toooo big. if they are let me no and I'll resize them!!!

Pictures are quite big but they can easily fit my monitor so I'm fine with the size. I really like the first beamshot, it shows the true 445nm color pretty well. Rep added :beer:

I should really do that some time. I live barely 10 miles from the coast. Not sure if getting up at 3-4AM is doable for me though.

Nice pictures.

To make them greater don't place a horizon in the middle of the frame, and try to keep it horizontal. Move the sun to a side.

The Real Story:
Went to the beach with child to take pictures. Caught by shark with laser attached to forehead. Camera now damaged forever.

Cool Pics my friend! Last time we went to the beach was on July 4th and I took a lot of lasers with us and sold them. People were buying them left and right especially because of it being 4th of July weekend and all the fireworks. I had people wanting them like crazy. We sold over 30 of them in 2 hours time. Paid for our trip and then some lol. Was a ton of fun seeing everyone's reaction to them. I think most of them enjoyed seeing the lasers vs the fireworks.
