Have you purchased eye protection? If not, that should be #1 on your list, before batteries and charger! You only have two eyes, and they are not replaceable.
As Vortish said above, it is probably best to avoid any of the "xxxxxFire" batteries. The legitimate ones from the actual manufacturer are ok (not great), but the problem is there are millions of FAKEs using these names. So many that you stand a much higher chance getting a fake than getting a real one. The fakes are worthless at best, and dangerous (can explode and/or catch fire) at worst.
The very cheap chargers are also to be avoided. Some may work fine, some may not work at all, some may fail in a few days... It is a gamble. And by "not work", that can include overcharging which can ruin the batteries, or even cause them to explode and/or catch fire.
For not much more money, you can get a quality charger and batteries. They will actually work, and they will be safe.
For a very good quality charger that is inexpensive and has a charge rate suitable for 14500's, look at the Intellicharger I2. You can often find them for around $10-$12.
Here is a link to one source.
For good 14500 batteries from a reputable supplier, I would recommend
this one or this
two-pack. I have dealt with that particular seller countless times, have purchased those very same 14500's from him, and have always gotten quality products with fast shipping.
On a side note -- please take a few moments to write an introduction thread in the "Welcome" section, and fill out your profile -- particularly your location. There are people here from around the globe, and when making recommendations on where to buy batteries/chargers/etc, location really matters. (I assumed you were in the US, based on your Amazon link -- so I provided US suppliers as well.)
