Battery = Hissing noise??? - Where to buy best of

So lately one of my lasers have been making a really horrible screaching noise. Now I actually think it's the battery, the LI-Ion that got shipped with it. Has anyone heard of or experienced this before? I've pretty much thrown it away now because I don't want that thing in my laser, if it is the battery.

On that, does anyone know where to buy the very best quality Li-Ion (18650) batteries and charger?

Check if it is leaking! And get a new battery!

(Don't let it explode inside the laser! )

Unless their shipping times aren't always slow, I don't really feel like waiting a month+ for a set of batteries.  

Any particular reccomendations?  ALso I don't mind them being reasonably expensive if it means paying for quality...

This place has some samsung batts, which assume are of good quality (better then Dx's atleast?), max capacity is 2600mah:

Tenergy protected and standard, depends if your laser has built in protection or not, they are 2600mah and I believe psedonomen supplies these with his Viasho lasers, so the quality should be very good.

Do you live in the US? You should recieve them in about 10 days if you do. I've ordered batteries from DX a couple times and it took about 10 days.
