if you can show us the whole thing we might be able to figure out what to do...
as many wise elder of the forum once said: 'a problem well state, is the problem half solved'.

a clear picture worth a thousand words.

and my quote: the closer you look the less you see...

My point is post picture of the whole laser ( a picture show everything: host/battery/tail cap/focus knob/...

it dont always turn of and can take a few clicks for it to go off,and with it being a high power laser i dont want to run the risk of hitting me or anyone else with the beam ,yeah i got saftey goggles, but even so i dont want the risk

Almost 100% guarantee the switch is bad. It's pretty common issue as far as laser problems go.
The seller probably will not have a new.switch for it so your options are pretty much either ask for a complete unit replacement or find the correct switch to replace it. I will go out on a limb and say that I guarantee that others have had the same issue and they have had complaints about it unless whoever you bought it from just started selling them.
I don't have that unit so I couldn't tell you what specific switch it takes but I do know that Fasttech has some switches:
https://www.fasttech.com/category/1610/diy-kits-parts-switches?sort=r&
I might possibly have a switch that would work but without it actually in hand or at least a fairly accurate measurement of the switch part (not the whole end piece that holds the switch) I wouldn't know.
Would swear there's a few members that have that unit though that could possibly help.

cheers for that will check that site out :D

as for the seller, they been selling them for some time, but they say that theve never had a problem with the end caps,so they gave me a partial refund

also if anyone knows where i could get the whole host from that would be awsome too :D

They may have told you they have never had a problem with the switch but I don't believe it if they have been selling them for some time. At least you got some $ back.
It is possible to fix the switch but if you haven't done it before you will probably not be able to. Most of the switch issues I've seen are with the spring being out of place or overheating. Too bad you are not in the US or I would have you send it to me to see if I could fix it. Don't know if that host is sold with nothing in it.
