bad battery

i have a 2.7 watt steel ice laser i bought about 6 months ago....i put it away and havent used it for 5 months. when i pulled it out today and put the battery in it turned on but was very dim. i charged the battery and it is now much brighter than before but it wont burn and the laser doesnt get warm like it used to...is this a bad battery? if it is the battery where is the best/cheapest place to order king kong 26650s

Did you measured the voltage when the battery is ready from the charger ? It should give 4.1-4.2V. Any odd voltage is a sign for a bad battery.

You can buy 26650 batteries from Hakzaw1, I think I spelled it right. :)

havent been able to test the voltage...just wondering if thats a symptom of a bad battery

Just message who ever you bought it from and tell them the issue I'm sure they'll fix it.

I've seen pretty cheap rechargeable batteries on amazon of different sizes.
