are all x-box 360's blue ray

I am just wondering if all 360's have the blue ray diode in them.

none have them only the optional bluray add on device sold seperately

They are all DVD aren't they? The HD-DVD player is an add-on as John just said. The regular DVD diode in it won't be worth tearing apart your XBOX over, however the blu-ray diode in the HD-DVD player is quite good apparently.

Even still, getting a 6x or 8x blu-ray burner diode will be much better.
