Hello everyone. I just found these forums and am hoping someone can help me with my problem.
Yesterday, I got my Arctic Spyder III in the mail and was in the process of checking it out when a problem occurred. At first it powered up fine, no problems, then when I turned it off, I was checking out the safety features.
The safety pin that is in the tailcap was very hard to pull out, but I eventually got it out, checked it out and then put it back in. Problem is, now my laser won't power up.
I have traced the problem to this pin. I can check continuity of the tailcap pushbutton with my digital multi meter and the switch never closes, even with the safety pin in.
Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to fix this, short of sending it back?
thanks
