Hey ive just got my arctic spyder from wicked lasers the laser seems to be bright and running good the only problem i am having is when i hold in the smart switch for high power the 3 lights come on but they flash and no light comes out any help? thanks

Battery? Highest power needs large current, maybe the battery is not fully chargerd or defective. I would try another battery first.

The battery i got with it is a NCR 18650A LI-ion Mh12210 it came with it and ive fully charged it yeah

Well, it might be defective or maybe the battery is too cold - my batts (the same you have) are not able to deliver sufficient current for highest power in Arctic when cold (when using outside in winter) - protection circuit kills it and laser has to be activated again. If you are in operating temperature with not defective batt and/or laser stays activated (does not require code to be entered again) - what means battery protection circuit did not cut off the power supply, then I would contact WL support something seems to be wrong with laser
