Remember that 1319nm is already a difficult and weak line to achieve, you really need the SFG crystal AR coated for that wavelength as you are going to want to use as much 1319nm as possible. Honestly it is 1064nm you can do with losing some. 
But I can see why you would want to do that. Very expensive indeed.
And Alex, there is nothing wrong with eBay lasers. The cheap pointers can sometimes be a bit low quality, but importantly not all are like that. Many of my lasers, mostly labs are from eBay and they are good IMO.
Sometimes you can't beat an eBay auction for some of those gas lasers.
