Anyone ever use this tripod for their laser?

It won't work. Any laser that is TALL enough to fit in this will be too thick for the claws to grasp, and any pen laser (thin laser) will not be tall enough to fit in between the two claws.

(When i say "tall" i mean laser diameter.)

I agree, looks like it wouldn't work, its also a little expensive for one so small. I myself use this one: Clamp Mount & Tripod and you can unscrew the clamp and use it on any tripod. You can see me using it in this thread: http://laserpointerforums.com/f65/assembled-445nm-9mm-stainless-steel-host-pic-heavy-85997.html but with a larger laser you would also need a larger tripod.
