Anyone Knows Where to Get Authentic AW 18350

Hey hoo7h, I just re-read your post #1 and noticed that you say that you have no spring at the bottom; I'm assuming that you have no spring at the top either?
This would severly limit your battery selection; I wonder why the laser design wouldn't include springs?

I butting in Has to be BBB build or don't some Sanwu come this way also?

IMHO, that is a poor design. You need some extra area because batteries are not always the same size. Even ones from the same manufacturer if they are years apart. A good spring allows one to purchase batteries without having to worry if they will fit.

Just bought some "AW", they bended inward too lol. Are any of these batteries safe to use anymore since they have this deformity?
I could just cut a little of the wrapping at the bottom and roll with it since I have a switch at the positive side.

Exactly poor design--there need to be some space and a spring to accommodate changes in batteries even from same manufacturer + different types/brands which vary from exactly any given 18350 in size

Edit: from you picture it looks like you are deforming the bottom of those batteries with too much pressure on them---pushing a button top into the base with too much force--did they start out flat?

Ok, just to know "none" of these are protected.

AW button top. Width: 18.2mm to 18.4mm higher up to the pos cap
Length from top of button: 35.2mm for one and 35.4mm on the other.

Efest red button top Width: 18.4mm for two measured
Length from top of button: 35.2mm to 35.2mm on the two.

Efest purple flat top Width: 18.25mm to 18.40mm on the two
length: 34.70 to 34.75 on the two

Just to know I printed the higher side on the width on the Efest red as the labels add a tiny bit.

Yes they did. The threads are buttery smooth so it is hard not to screw it completely lol. And it didn't take much resistance. If they are safe to use I will just cut a bit of wrap on one of them, or have it that the deformed one always ends up on top.
